Workplace Skills Breakfast Consultation 8.00 – 9.30
An opportunity for businesses to have their say on what higher level education and training provision should be provided to meet the needs of manufacturers in North Devon.
- 07:45 – Arrival and Registration
- 08:00 – Breakfast
- 08.30 – 10 minute presentation on opportunities for businesses through the Institute of Technology
- 08.40 – 10 minute presentation on opportunities for businesses with the ESF higher level skills project
- 08.50 – focus group on new and proposed HE courses and apprenticeships
- 09.30 – close of session
Strategic Workforce Planning Session 9.30 – 12.30 (including light lunch at 12.00)
A FREE follow-up training session for business owners and managers to help them plan for the development of their workforce. This will include developing your workforce to meet the aims of your business plan, allocating and delegating responsibilities, and using training to address recruitment issues.
There will be a need to complete a separate registration process at the start of the session to comply with the funding requirements and we send more details about this before the session begins.
