  Panel\nThe panel discussion will focus on how employers can get involved 
 with Skills Bootcamps\, such as developing bespoke courses to upskill staf
 f\, recruiting highly skilled individuals to fill current or future vacanc
 ies\, or providing real-life business assignments.\n\nThe panel is free to
  attend and includes breakfast and entry into the Expo. Register your inte
 rest now\n\nSkills Bootcamps are part-funded for employers who wish to ups
 kill their staff. For SMEs 90% of the course cost is funded and for large 
 employers 70% of the course cost is funded. Courses are fully funded for i
 ndividuals not being co-funded by their employer\, and for the self-employ
