Announced at the NDMA Awards, the popular, NDMA-funded, lean-based workshops return to the agenda for members
The first three workshops in the series have each been scheduled to run twice across dates running from November into January. NDMA members can access the expert-led workshops for a nominal cover charge of just £15 per delegate. Those wishing to place more than two candidates, and non-members can take further places at £300 each.
Dates are as follows:
- #2 Structured Problem Solving | Wednesday 12th November & 19th November (two morning sessions)
- #3 Efficiency vs Effectiveness | Wednesday 26th November (full day)
- #1 Lean Simulation | Wednesday 3rd December (full day)
- #3 Efficiency vs Effectiveness | Wednesday 10th December (full day)
- #2 Structured Problem Solving | Wednesday 7th January & 21st January
- #1 Lean Simulation | Wednesday 14th January
The workshops will take place at a Northern Devon venue, to be confirmed, and companies fielding delegates are encouraged to volunteer as hosts should it be convenient to their employees. A location in Barnstaple will otherwise be used.
