It’s been six months since the Careers & Enterprise Company hosted the national modern work experience symposium, where colleagues from across the sector convened and pledged their support of modern work experience.
Now, there’s a chance to make your support public, using a pack of resources to join the campaign later in April.

The response has been fantastic so far, and we want to continue driving the shift towards high-quality, inclusive workplace experiences. During the week commencing the 20th April 2026, we’re hosting the Let’s make it work: Pledge Spotlight, we will be sharing stories from audiences across the sector to inspire and demonstrate progress made six months on. It’s an opportunity to maintain visible momentum across the system – showcasing advancements, big or small, and demonstrating the art of the possible. We’re encouraging everyone to help us make some noise and pledge, either for the first time or by renewing a previous commitment. Throughout the week, ‘pledges in progress’ will be profiled on a digital pledge wall on CEC’s website and across our LinkedIn channels.
