Part of the NDMA Business Improvement Workshop Series, this event enables delegates to work through a variety of real-life scenarios to help pinpoint potential solutions for application in the manufacturing environment.
- This can be seen as an introduction to Six-Sigma Methodology, tools and techniques.
- A fun interactive workshop to take your processes from achieving random outputs to consistent and predictable outputs using a Structured Problem Solving Methodology.
- Great to help anyone understand why current problem solving methods result in the problems coming back and how to control all the variables causing this to happen
In-person workshop across TWO half days
- The second session will follow on 1st April 09:00-12:30
- Places are priced at £300 per delegate + VAT, but NDMA members can receive up to two funded places on each workshop theme in the series, for a small cover charge, to be invoiced on booking.
- The maximum group size will be 10 persons to ensure a direct experience.
- To be held at North Devon College, Barnstaple.
- For the course to be effective a minimum of 6 delegates are required, if this is not reached your booking will be rolled over to the next course date.
