Use the links below to access the entry forms for each award. Manufacturers are invited to enter multiple awards and may submit multiple entries for the same award.

Tips and information for entrants:

  • Assume the judges have no prior knowledge of your company, business sector, products or service.
  • Avoid using industry-specific terms, abbreviations or acronyms.
  • Try to include information about the benefits, impacts and achievements of your subject.
  • Please observe the word limit on questions. The judges will only read words within the limit.
  • Submitted content is considered confidential, however, a carefully composed, summary description will be given for the runner-up and winning entries on the night.
  • Entry is via the online forms only.

Note: All company entries will also be considered for the coveted Manufacturer of the Year award
