This 10-week, instructor-led online programme is designed to help manufacturing operations address common challenges such as project delays, less disconnected teamwork, and reduce inconsistent service delivery.
Participants develop practical, results-driven project and service management skills while earning a Prince2® Foundation certification and building globally recognised, ITIL® aligned service management expertise, all directly contributing to improved efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.
