The Structured Problem Solving workshop uses applied lean six-sigma methodology to enable delegates to work through a variety of real-life scenarios to help pinpoint potential solutions for application in the manufacturing environment. It is delivered over two half-day sessions.
NDMA members can save up-to £570 per course, by taking two funded places for just £15 each! Further places are available at the standard rate of £300 per person.
