Now open in North Devon. We are a newly refurbished building with a mission to provide SMEs, start-ups, and micro-businesses with access to a wide range of advanced technology-based facilities.
We were developed in association with Petroc, and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
We don’t believe that a business’ lack of facilities should be a barrier to their progress. That’s why we have created a space for innovation, design, research and manufacturing, where we can provide industry-standard amenities to the North Devon business community.

Check out out Design POD space here at Cotie. Our design spaces are fully-enclosed, self-contained, spacious, glass-fronted pods situated within our open-plan creative floor. Equipped with top-of-the-line 27” HP Design work stations, pre-installed with an impressive array of design programmes and business software, each pod contains a large desk, separate workstation, comfortable seating for up to 6 people, and access to kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Here at Cotie we have a conference space with comfortable seating for up to 30 attendees, expansive table space, access to kitchen and bathroom facilities, high-speed connectivity, and a top-of-the-line 75” touchscreen monitor with video conferencing.
Just need a desk and a high-spec computer to develop your ideas?
No problem we have that too, set in a clean and modern open-plan studio, each hot desk comes complete with either a high-spec HP desktop, iMac Pro, or iMac, all with 27” monitors and pre-installed with industry-standard design, business, and productivity software.

Our fully-equipped development facility is the perfect place for you to realise your manufacturing ambitions. With industry-standard workbenches, an array of precision hand tools, and state-of-the-art 3D printing capabilities. We have an impressive range of 3D printers, 3DP Workbench 200, Formlabs Form 3, Stratasys F370 System, Markforged Mark 2
and the Ultimaker 3 as well as a 3D scanner the Einscan Pro 2X!
We even have a Clean Space, 5000mm x 3000mm clean space with approximately 2150m³ of HEPA filtered air per hour, BS EN 14644 ISO Class 7 and just outside of this space are more industry-standard workbenches and precision hand tools for you to use including Electrician tool kits and a PCB Microscope.
