Part of the NDMA Business Improvement Workshop Series, this event brings Lean thinking into application, within a group environment.
- A one-day interactive workshop using a factory simulation to cover all aspects of Lean Manufacturing that everyone will be able to relate to their own business and utilise for their own Continuous Improvement (CI) Journey.
- Great as an introduction to Continuous Improvement or as a refresher or for new starters joining an established Lean Manufacturing Environment.
Full-day, in-person workshop
- Places are priced at £300 per delegate + VAT, but NDMA members can receive up to two funded places on each workshop theme in the series, for a small cover charge which will be invoiced on booking.
- The maximum group size will be 10 persons to ensure a direct experience.
- The course will be held at CMTG, Hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Great Torrington, EX38 7HP
- For the course to be effective a minimum of 6 delegates are required, if this is not reached your booking will be rolled over to the next course date.
