On Thursday 17th October 2019 the annual Group Training & Development awards evening was held at the Park Hotel, Barnstaple.
The event was attended by over 100 employers, apprentices and their family members to celebrate the successes of all of our engineering apprenticeship completions and award winners.
This year’s guest speaker was Tim Puttick, Manufacturing Director of TDK Lambda, Ilfracombe who gave an interesting and inspirational speech to the students who are just starting out in their careers in engineering.
Sponsored and supported by local engineering companies, the event again reaffirmed the important role GTD plays in providing quality apprenticeship training to engineering companies across the North Devon area.
