Part of the NDMA Business Improvement Workshop Series, this event enables delegates to work through a variety of real-life scenarios to help pinpoint potential solutions for application in the manufacturing environment.
In-person workshop across TWO half days
The second session will follow two weeks later (19/11/25) 09:00-12:30
Places are priced at £300 per delegate + VAT, but NDMA members can receive up to two funded places on each workshop theme in the series, for a small cover charge, to be invoiced on booking.
The first three workshops in the series have each been scheduled to run twice across dates running from November into January. NDMA members can access the expert-led workshops for a nominal cover charge of just £15 per delegate. Those wishing to place more than two candidates, and non-members can take further places at £300 each.

- #3 Efficiency vs Effectiveness | Wednesday 10th December (full day)
- #2 Structured Problem Solving | Wednesday 7th January & 21st January
- #1 Lean Simulation | Wednesday 14th January
