Devon County Council’s Train4Tomorrow Skills Bootcamp Breakfast Panel
The panel discussion will focus on how employers can get involved with Skills Bootcamps, such as developing bespoke courses to upskill staff, recruiting highly skilled individuals to fill current or future vacancies, or providing real-life business assignments.

Skills Bootcamps are part-funded for employers who wish to upskill their staff. For SMEs 90% of the course cost is funded and for large employers 70% of the course cost is funded. Courses are fully funded for individuals not being co-funded by their employer, and for the self-employed.
